It is also home to the Cotton Family Birth Center which has received the Baby Friendly designation by Baby-Friendly USA.This RN Supervisor supports the nursing resource pool at Grosse Pointe Hospital providing an opportunity to work with a diverse team of staff from RNs, NAs, and Sitters collaborating with different units throughout the hospital.Scope of workThe Nurse Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner. Collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments.
