RN SupervisorSalaried: $93,600- $104,000 (depending on experience) Equivalent Hourly: $45- $50 Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000!!! Shift: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends!Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Ulster is looking to add an RN Supervisor to its nursing leadership team. In this role, you'll oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality care while supporting staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe and positive environment.

Join us and make a difference every day.Responsibilities:Supervise nursing staff, including team leaders, nursing assistants, and trainees during assigned shiftsEnsure resident care plans are implemented, updated, and followed appropriatelyConduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with providers and familiesOversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing servicesAddress resident, family, visitor, and staff concerns while promoting a positive care experienceAssist with staffing coverage, scheduling adjustments, and overtime authorization as neededSupport staff education, orientation, coaching, and performance management activitiesEnsure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, resident rights, and regulatory requirementsRespond to emergencies, safety concerns, incidents, and facility operational issuesParticipate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiativesPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferredValid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License requiredMinimum of 1 year of RN experience in a geriatric or rehabilitation setting; 3+ years preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilitiesKnowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control practices, and resident rightsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsRequired Licenses & Certifications:RNEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
