Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical decision-making.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania .
• Experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
