RN – St.Louis Regional Float Pool (Full Time & Part Time, Night Shift)

Mercy Hospital St.Louis is seeking experienced RNs to join our Regional Float Pool on night shift. Nurses will travel within the St.Louis area to provide coverage in a variety of units.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (paid over 2 years) for experienced nurses
• Base Pay: Calculated on experience PLUS Regional Float Pool Perk
• Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evening, $4.60/Night, $1.50/Weekend

About the Role

The RN will travel to all Mercy St.Louis area hospitals within the zone, performing night shift duties and rotating through a range of units to broaden clinical assessment and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Preferred: BSN.
• License: Current RN license in the hiring state (or compact) and meet state board requirements.
• Experience: One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ED, ICU, and other specialties.

Certifications

• Med/Surg and Behavioral Health – BLS
• Women’s Health – BLS & NRP
• Critical Care – BLS and ACLS
• Emergency Department – BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Preferred: Epic experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk most of the time on duty.
• Significant bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients.
• Push/pull/grip up to 50pounds.
