The RN provides professional nursing care within a medical practice, supporting physicians in patient treatment and completing clinical documentation. They embody a caring, respectful approach aligned with Christian values, ensuring compassionate communication with patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and procedures
• Perform clinical tasks and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and team members
• Operate clinic-related equipment safely and effectively
• Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current valid state nursing license
• Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, safety practices, and patient education
• CPR certification (obtained within 90 days if not already certified)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Ability to react effectively in emergency situations
