Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient care and procedures
- Perform clinical tasks and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and team members
- Operate clinic-related equipment safely and effectively
- Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current valid state nursing license
- Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, safety practices, and patient education
- CPR certification (obtained within 90 days if not already certified)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to react effectively in emergency situations
