Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggesting solutions for problems and complaints.
• Identify departmental issues and recommend improvements to optimize function and productivity.
• Assess patient and family learning needs, developing and executing effective teaching plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers or CPR/AED for professionals.
• Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience.
