The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical-access hospital, in Alturas, CA and we are looking for Registered Nurses for its Skilled Nursing Facility.
In this role RNs deliver resident-centered care in a professional, supportive environment, promoting safety, quality, and compassionate nursing practice.
Schedule: Full-Time | Per-Diem opportunities available | All Shifts | On-Site
What You’ll Do
- Conduct resident assessments and report abnormal findings to providers
- Deliver safe nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and supportive care environment
What We Are Looking For
- Active California RN license and CPR certification
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgement, verbal and written communication skills
- Physical and mental stamina in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Empathetic, adaptable, creative, and professional
