RN - Skilled Nursing Facility - Full-Time | Per-Diem

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical-access hospital, in Alturas, CA and we are looking for Registered Nurses for its Skilled Nursing Facility.

In this role RNs deliver resident-centered care in a professional, supportive environment, promoting safety, quality, and compassionate nursing practice.

Schedule: Full-Time | Per-Diem opportunities available | All Shifts | On-Site

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct resident assessments and report abnormal findings to providers
  • Deliver safe nursing care in accordance with established protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and supportive care environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Active California RN license and CPR certification
  • Long-term care facility experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgement, verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical and mental stamina in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Empathetic, adaptable, creative, and professional
