Medical City Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Shift Supervisor for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In this leadership role, you will oversee shift operations, guiding bedside RNs while ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for medically complex patients. You will coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient flow, collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and serve as an expert clinical resource on the unit.
Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supporting policy compliance, leading quality and patient-safety initiatives, and responding to emergencies.
