Job Details
- Title: RN Resource Nurse – ICU
- Sign‑on bonus: up to $20,000 eligibility
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM
- Location: In‑person at Sovah Health – Danville
- Hourly compensation: $36.55 – $47.21
Responsibilities
- Act as primary admission nurse, leading medication reconciliation and bed‑ahead designation in the Teletracking system.
- Facilitate timely admission and discharge, coordinating with house supervisors and the quality team to remove barriers.
- Provide clinical education, identify staff training needs, and validate educational documentation.
- Maintain clinical quality initiatives and report incidents and investigation findings.
- Support team collaboration, encouraging participation in community activity programs and shared governance.
- Perform additional duties related to nursing clinical excellence as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in a VA or compact state (or pending).
- Associate’s degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months of hire.
- Experience in clinical (cardiac or telemetry) areas preferred.
