RN Resident Care Manager: Senior Living Leader

ALG Senior is hiring an RN – Resident Care Manager to oversee clinical operations in our assisted living community. You will serve as the primary clinical liaison among residents, families, healthcare providers, and care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising Med Aides and CNAs, coordinating with home health and hospice, and leading QA and regulatory compliance efforts.
