RN Resident Care Manager—MDS & Care Coordination

Marquis Companies is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN for an October start. The RN will oversee resident assessments (MDS) and collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

Proficiency with EMR charting is required and prior nurse supervision in long-term care is preferred. You will support the care team through ongoing training and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders to optimize resident well‑being in a dynamic
