St. David's Georgetown Hospital, part of St. David’s HealthCare, offers a paid RN Resident program to ease transition from student nurse to registered nurse. The year-long residency includes hands-on clinical training, monthly education, and mentoring from nurse leaders.
Summer cohorts begin May, June, July or August 2026, with a focus on evidence-based practice, simulations, and patient-centered care within a supportive team environment.
