To support a growing team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed RN Pharmacy will evaluate prescribed medications for patient safety, manage complex medical conditions, and work remotely while advocating for effective medical treatment for injured employees. Key responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and evaluate patient drug usage and physician prescribing patterns Negotiate appropriate levels of care and recommend alternative treatments as necessary Communicate effectively with clients, nursing staff, and claims examiners regarding pharmacy issues Required qualifications Active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case management
