Providing remote pre-procedure assessments, the full-time Minnesota and Wisconsin Licensed RN will interact with patients to evaluate health concerns, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and develop care plans in a telehealth setting. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and concerns Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary Required qualifications BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program Current RN license in Minnesota and Wisconsin Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire Experience in outpatient or telehealth nursing preferred Ability to work day shifts with flexible start times
