Reliance Children Health Centre at Plainfield offers immediate openings for licensed nurses eager to provide quality pediatric care. Nurses without pediatric experience are considered, with training available in pediatrics, home health, and related skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in a home health setting, coordinate with case managers and schedulers to deliver individualized care, and maintain accurate patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in Illinois
• Minimum of 2 years direct patient‑care experience as an RN or LPN
• Valid CPR certification

Job Details

• Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time
• Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
• Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, or 16‑hour shifts
