The Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a 16‑bed unit, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in med/surg or rehab nursing preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
