About the Position:

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team while helping ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff

• Assess, monitor and document residents' physical, emotional and medical needs

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Oversee individualized resident care plans

• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Support quality, safety and infection control standards

• Help promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Compassionate approach to resident care

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families and the healthcare team

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
