RN Registered Nurse

Providing professional nursing care, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will work full-time in a remote capacity, leading the health care team, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with established standards while demonstrating effective communication and mentorship skills. Key responsibilities: Leads the health care team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring accountability in patient care activities Develops and evaluates individualized care plans, ensuring they meet patient needs and standards of practice Maintains accurate documentation and participates in departmental performance improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes Required qualifications: Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years Completion of an RN Program Current Registered Nurse License in California Basic Life Support certification Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
