Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Call: 7–10 days per month
Call Hours: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM when on call
Weekend Call: Required as part of call rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Minimum Requirements
Active AZ or Compact RN License
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience – Required
Previous OR Circulator experience – Required
Neurosurgery experience – Preferred
Strong experience with multiple surgical specialties
Ability to work a weekday day schedule
Ability to participate in 7–10 days of call per month
Willingness to take weekend call
Flu vaccine – Required; no exceptions
Must meet the 100-mile radius rule
Permanent residence must be more than 100 miles from the facility
RTO limited to 3 days maximum during the 13-week assignment
