Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient progress
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or physician
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
