Overview
RN Refresher Preceptorship opportunity at Banner Health. This Preceptorship provides RNs a collaborative learning environment to redevelop nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for an RN Refresher Program. Precepted shifts are completed in a Banner Health unit with clinical support from unit staff and educators. Unit preferences will be considered to help achieve nursing career goals.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Complete precepted shifts in a Banner Health facility unit.
- Redevelop nursing skills and complete required clinical hours per the guidelines of the enrolled refresher program.
- Receive clinical support from unit staff and educators.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Enrollment in a refresher program with the board of nursing
- Current BLS card through the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain before program starts
- BSN is preferred
- Ideal candidates will reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic, hospital, or facility

Potential Transition
