As an RN Psychiatry at UCHealth, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health nursing care in a collaborative, academic health system. You will complete comprehensive psychiatric and safety assessments, administer and monitor psychotropic medications, and use therapeutic communication and crisis-intervention skills to support patients through acute episodes. Working closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, you will help create individualized care plans, coordinate discharge and community resources, and educate patients and families.
