Wesley Medical Center seeks a PreOp RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care for surgical patients.
Responsibilities include preoperative assessments, medication reconciliation, IV starts, patient education, and coordination with surgeons and anesthesia. The RN monitors patient status, documents accurately, and upholds infection control and safety standards.
