RN PreOp PACU - Patient Care Lead & Educator

Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate care for patients and families, provide direct care, education, and discharge planning. The RN leads a care team, mentors staff, and adheres to ANA standards and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, documenting progress, maintaining infection prevention standards, and collaborating with physicians and other professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
