Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Complete Pre-Admission Testing functions for phone interviews and appointments.
- Direct and guide patient teaching and activities.
- Place the patient at the center of care practices.
- Collaborate and interact positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education/Certifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
