What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing education and clinical nursing study.
Requirements
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.
Experience:
- 2+ years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants.
- Less than 2 years of experience for internal applicants, with Chief Nursing Officer approval considered.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
