Position Overview

Perioperative RN Float – Work Shift Day in the United States. Join Wellstar’s Enterprise Support Team (WEST) and float across multiple Wellstar hospitals and perioperative units based on need.

What You’ll Do

• Float to perioperative units across Wellstar hospitals based on need and skill mix.
• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate, evidence‑based care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support excellent patient outcomes.
• Adapt quickly and provide support in a variety of settings.

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state) required.
• BLS from AHA required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required.
• Minimum two years of recent perioperative nursing experience.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
• A flexible, positive attitude and passion for patient‑centered care.
