RN Pediatrics

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home patient care in a home setting, with responsibilities including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process.

• Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs and assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and patient progress.
• Execute other RN or LPN duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the practicing state.
• Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience.
