About This Role
The Experience RN in the Neuro Expansion unit at Cleveland Clinic will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care for complex neurological conditions. What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience
- 1+ years of current acute care RN experience required.
- Will consider military RN experience.
Licenses & Certifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
