Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Home Healthcare offers a Registered Nurse (RN) position for those who value delivering exceptional care in the home. We foster a supportive, family-friendly environment that assists you as you contribute to the well-being of vulnerable individuals in our local community.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomies, G-tubes, catheters, vents, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to accommodate patients’ needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special requests from their families.
