Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

In this role, under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will:
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications.
- Manage patient needs including wound care, tracheostomy, gastrostomy tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration.
- Create customized care plans that accommodate patients’ preferences and special requests.
