RN - PCU

Our client is currently seeking a RN - PCU

Schedule: Night Shift (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) | 36 Hours/Week | 12-Hour Shifts

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and professional practice standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patients in a Progressive Care/Stepdown setting and respond appropriately to changing conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with nursing support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards.
• Support unit goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RN License in the state of practice
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (Diploma required).
