RN - PCUA Progressive Care Unit nurse (PCU nurse) has a unique job of caring for patients as they transition from the ICU. A progressive care nurse works in a hospital. After a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working on an assignment, Agency may cancel a longterm assignment without any penalty if a fourteen (14) day advance notice is provided to the Client. If less than a fourteen (14) day advance notice is given by Agency, then Agency will pay a cancellation fee equal to three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional at the appropriate rate. Before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working on an assignment, Client may cancel a longterm assignment without any penalty if at least a seven (7) day advance notice is provided to the Agency.
If Client cancels an assignment before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working with less than a seven (7) day notice, Client will pay a cancellation fee of three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional.
