RN PCU Resource Float Pool Rotating

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN to join our PCU Resource Float Pool on a rotating schedule. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to progressive care patients across multiple hospital units, adapting to diverse clinical environments and workflows.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, cardiac and telemetry monitoring, care coordination, and clear patient and family education. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality initiatives in a fast-paced, academic health system focused on innovation and teamwork.
