Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Observation Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team for a dynamic night shift assignment. This is a high-impact role designed for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in delivering short-term, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in observation status, focusing on rapid assessment, stabilization, and discharge readiness
- Monitor and manage patients with orthopedic and medical-surgical needs
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient throughput
- Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
- Orthopedic experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple patient cases
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
