Job Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to which appropriate care is delegated. It is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This position will support all facilities in the market as needed.

Local Contract pay currently $65 an hour. Travel Contracts are approximately $2200 weekly. Contract pay can change according to market conditions and this rate is not guaranteed. Speak with a recruiter to confirm rates at time of signing a 13‑week contract.

Requirements

• BLS and ACLS
• Must have 2 years of acute‑care experience with a minimum one‑year current experience in your specialty of PCU or IMCU.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Preferred : Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s degree).

Experience: Required 2 years of current experience in your specialty.

Certifications: Required. Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; AHA BLS.
