Description:The position requires experience in a progressive care unit, focusing on cardiac and pulmonary patients.Candidate must have experience with high acuity patients and managing ventilated patients.Strong IMC nursing experience is essential.The role involves a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 in the PCU and 1:3 in the IMC.Every other weekend and holidays may be required.The nurse will float as needed between progressive care, IMC, and medical-surgical units.
