What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.
Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience required. Will consider licensed military RN experience.
Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
