Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Shift Type: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday with varying days off)
Call: 5–6 call shifts per 4-week schedule
Contract: 13 week assignment
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and pre-op areas
Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia in a fast-paced environment
Manage airway, vital signs, pain control, and post-operative complications
Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure safe patient transitions from pre-op to PACU and discharge readiness
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and standards
Qualifications
Active RN License (Arizona or compact state – Required)
Minimum 2 years PACU experience (Required)
Ability to work in both pre-op and PACU settings
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
