Description:Unit operates in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit setting.Certifications required: ACLS and BLS.Emergency Medical Record system used is Cerner.Weekend requirement is every other week.Holidays: 2 out of 3 major holidays required.Call requirement is mandatory.Scrub color is navy.Telemetry management is provided by Phillips.IV team is not available.Respiratory Therapy services are available 24/7.Pharmacy services are available 24/7.Shift duration is 10 hours.ICU patients recover in the PACU.Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled per 13-week assignment.Charting is done using Cerner.A BSN is not required.License to practice must be valid.Care setting is acute.Trauma level is 3.
