The RN will assess and monitor patients emerging from anesthesia, manage airways, hemodynamics, pain, and nausea, and respond rapidly to changes in condition.
Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams, documenting care, educating patients and families, and supporting discharge or transfer.
