PACU – Post Anesthesia Care Unit Rochester, NY

Schedule - 36 hours, D/E/N Rotating shifts schedules/ holidays/weekends/on call and call back as needed

Complete Description

Responsible for recovering post-op adult patients. Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced nursing environment with a wide variety of post-op patients. High volume and acuity PACU in a level 1 trauma center. Positive attitudes and direct communication are the unit standard. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently needed.

Need

PACU experience required, ICU experience preferred, AHA ACLS and BLS for required

Job Requirements

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) Years Experience
• ICU Experience preferred

Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
