Registered Nurse (RN)Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Bedford, PennsylvaniaContract Duration: 9 WeeksOrder Reason: New OpeningClassification: Contract / TemporaryShift DetailsShift Type: 2Start Time: 2:45 PMEnd Time: 11:15 PMMeal Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per weekSchedule: Days as assigned by facility (may include weekends and holidays)CompensationPay Rate: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (W2)Overtime: Paid per state and federal labor regulationsMeal Breaks: 30-minute unpaid break per shiftTravel & Housing: If applicable, per travel agreement or stipend policyResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and Pennsylvania state regulations.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.Observe, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.Communicate effectively with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff.Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.Utilize facility EMR system for documentation and reporting.Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment procedures.Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the facility's supervisory team.QualificationsActive and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or compact license).Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (preferably in long-term care or post-acute care).Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.Must meet all facility compliance and onboarding requirements prior to assignment.
