RN – Operating Room (OR)Location: Newark, DEAssignment: Travel | 13 Weeks | 40 hrs/weekShift & Schedule:Combination of 8 & 12-hour shiftsEvenings: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PMNo block scheduling (schedule based on unit needs)1 weekend per 4 weeksNo holiday requirementSummary: Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse with strong circulating and scrubbing skills. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.Responsibilities:Perform both scrub and circulate duties (required)Provide perioperative nursing care and ensure patient safetyCollaborate with surgeons and surgical teams during proceduresMaintain sterile environment and adhere to OR protocolsDocument care and assist with pre/post-operative processesRequirements:Active DE RN License or Compact License (in hand)Minimum 2 years of OR experience (no exceptions)Previous travel experience requiredMust be able to scrub & circulateProvide all compliance details at submission (RTO, certs, etc.)Additional Details:Call: 1 shift per 4 weeks (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) 1–2 PRN shiftsFloating required within acuityMax 3 days RTO allowed
