Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks an RN Operating Room nurse to provide safe, evidence-based perioperative care for diverse surgical patients. In this on-site role, you will circulate and scrub, prepare and maintain a sterile environment, coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff, and closely monitor patients throughout procedures. You will document accurately in the EMR, support patient and family education, and participate in quality, safety, and continuing education initiatives within our collaborative, community-focused hospital setting.
