West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, ID is seeking an experienced RN for our Operating Room team. The RN Operating Room provides circulating and scrub nurse functions for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring safe, evidence-based perioperative care.
Responsibilities include pre-op assessment, patient advocacy, instrumentation and sterile field management, intra-op documentation, medication administration, and post-op handoff. The RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in ongoing education to advance skills in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
