Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an ambulatory setting.
- Deliver patient education and support to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
- Coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical support and perform assessments to monitor patient progress.
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Recent Oncology Nursing experience required
- Outpatient/ambulatory nursing experience required
- EPIC experience required
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient care coordination skills
Location: Uniondale, NY
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
