Job Description:
Join a specialized oncology unit at South Austin Medical Center for a 13-week contract as an RN with experience in BMT/Oncology. This assignment involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a demanding focus on chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, requiring full certification. You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering complex chemo treatments using alaris pumps and following strict safety protocols outlined by our policies. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume chemo setting, primarily dealing with cell therapy transplants and immunotherapy, where attention to detail makes all the difference. The role demands a solid foundation in oncology and specific chemotherapeutic certifications but offers the chance to hone specialized skills in a supportive environment.
