We're seeking an experienced OB Registered Nurse to join a supportive labor and delivery team in Delano, California . This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting.
Position Overview
Provide comprehensive care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum
Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
BLS & NRP required; ACLS preferred
Minimum 1-2 years OB/L&D experience preferred
Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills
Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
