As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Obstetrics at our rural facility, you will provide comprehensive maternal‑child healthcare encompassing antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care. You will use your nursing knowledge, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians, patients, and other health professionals. Challenges include high‑stakes environments that require quick decision‑making and adaptation to diverse patient needs, especially during emergency situations such as Code C‑sections or Code Pink alerts. Your role will also include leadership and supervision of patient‑care teams to ensure high‑quality care delivery and efficiency.
